Please Don't Share Your Private Information Online

As many times as we tell you not to share personal information or too much information on the Internet, some just are not getting it threw their heads.Identity theft can be as simple a simple Email, a stolen Sim card chip, or a software tracker, and "YES" especially Facebook.

With all this said, a Bank in Belgian has teamed up with an Award -winning AD agency to create an amazing AD to clearly show you how little you really know about what information you put online and how a thief can use that information and ruin you life (literally).

Its already hard enough to track down the theft who is using your credit cards to withdraw money from ATM or using your social security, please don't fall into a victim or wait so it can happened to you. We all work hard and sacrifice so much time and money to have the

Latte Art of a Nerd

Meet Kazuki Yamamoto. He's a latte artist. You've probably seen the work of latte artists before and how they can draw things like hearts or leaves in steamed milk. But you've probably never seen anything like this.

Kazuki once day would love to own his own latte and do the same artistic designs for everyone of his customers, we can only hope with such great art and publicity he would actually be able to pull it off.
Below are some of the work of arts he has

DIY Air Freshener

Its been a while since I bought myself some air freshers for my room because they are so darn expensive. I count believed a cheeseburger was a MUCH better deal "who wants to pay 5 bucks for one little air freshener when I can buy myself 5 Mc chickens".

It turns out that making gel-based air fresheners are pretty much the same as making a gelatin dessert: all you need are some small jars Some water, essential oils, gelatin, and food coloring (optional) and you can make your own that smell however you choose and save a those few bucks to buy yourself Mc chickens. The recipe can be viewed after the break line and have fun making them......

Marriage Quotes

I've decided to put up some famous quotes around the internet that really can get you married couples out of the loop and smile from time to time, weather you are a new or old married couple some say most of these are true and some are just for the individuals. I sure like all of them because I use to hear my grandpa and grandma always talk about these funnies quotes and stories.
The list can go on and you mite even find a few that apply to you but even if you're not married, hey! You still can cry and smile at the same time, right?

QUOTES:

Never get married in the morning, because you never know who you'll meet that night.

Three rings of marriage are the engagement ring, the wedding ring, and the suffering.

Love is a temporary insanity, curable by marriage.

What a happy and holy fashion it is that those who love one another should rest on the same pillow.

You can't be value free when it comes to marriage.
by Al Gore

Marriage is an adventure, like going to war.

Love is blind, marriage is the eye-opener.

A man in love is incomplete until he is married. Then he’s finished.

Marriage is an alliance entered into by a man who can't sleep

Stop It

For some reason i have this annoying habit of not letting my boyfriend sleep when I can't sleep. I hold him, move too many times, and even try to get him to hold me so i can fall asleep but he just ends up getting mad at me.
Maybe its just the fact that i feel more relaxed when he cuddles with me making me feel like I'm falling into a deep steep dream and I'm taking him with me. Im so cursy.

Anyways I mite make a little effort to be sure he gets relaxed tonight and let him fall asleep along with me.
He almost fliipped out on me when i was trying to move him to my side of the bed "and that's hard" lol but i guess this boyfriend is harder to handle when it comes to getting a rest.

AW now i feel bad cause my baby does work hard,ITS SETTLED! im going to make tonight a relax night for him.

Federal Court Dismisses Lesbian Mother's Visitation Case Against Miami Hospital Where Her Partner Died Alone

You may remember the story of Janice Langbehn, the Seattle woman whose partner Lisa Pond suffered a stroke in July 2007 right before the couple and their three kids were scheduled to leave on a cruise vacation from Miami. Even after a power of attorney naming Langbehn was sent to Jackson Memorial Hospital, the hospital refused

FIRST AID CHOCKING BABY

So on sunday i was resting from work and i canceled an invitation to a party and  decided to just finish fixing my clients pc and play my video games. Well my little neice was playing with her bow ties and out of no were my sister started screaming and it came to my suprised that she swallowed one of the pieces and started chocking "fuck, shit, fucking shit!!!" I rushed and
started to do everything i could to get it out of her mouth and no luck. At this point we got the keys and rushed to the hospital with the baby on my lap (my sister drove) and i continued doing the badding in the back so she can spit it out and FINALLY she did.
But to be safe we still took her to the doctor, got a check up (the doctor was hot) and she was once more smilling and so did we.

Its very important to keep an eye on your child and if you ever experience such event, its important to teach yourself these THESE TECHNIQUES so save your babies life. Its surely worth it because if i wasn't there, my sister would not know what to do. Glad i missed that party. :D

FIRST AID CHOCKING BABY

• Dislodge the blockage

Hold your baby so that he is lying face down along your forearm with his head lower than his body and his back and head supported. Hold your baby’s mouth open with your fingers.

• Use the heel of your hand to give up to five sharp blows to your baby’s back, between their shoulders.

• Check your baby's mouth after each blow to see if the obstruction has cleared and remove any obvious foreign material. Do not use your finger to sweep inside his mouth - this could push the obstruction further into his throat.

• Give five chest thrusts

If your baby is still unable to breathe, turn him onto his back and give up to five chest thrusts:

• Use two fingertips to push inwards and upwards (towards his head) against his breastbone, one finger's width below his nipple line. Chest thrusts are slower but sharper than CPR compressions.

• Check to see if the object has dislodged after each thrust. Don't automatically do all five.

Remove the foreign object once it comes loose.

If the obstruction does not clear after alternate back blows and chest thrusts, dial 000 for an ambulance and continue giving your baby back blows and chest thrusts until help arrives.

Surrender to Time

As we get older our way of thinking changes and we start to see the world in ways we never expected. The process is so slow that we don't even realize it until we take a look at old pictures or your friends tell us.Our disciplinary actions start to change as well, the path of thinking becomes more focus on health and beauty as time pass our middle age era making it almost irresistible for anyone to try and stay young once again.

A main focus of aging comes from fear of death and surrender to do things  that you will no longer get to do.The more and more you try to fill in that hole you once felt will never be filled in because you know for a fact that we will never stop learning and we will never know everything. The other thing that comes along with the fear of dying is the fear of dying alone.

Being alone can be another brick in your back and can be even more painful and sometimes try to date anybody to just feel "not alone" is bad. The fact of love is to enjoy and love the person for who they are and not just because the care for you, its common for someone to fall in love with the IDEA and not the person and later  breaking up with them hurting family and friends (not to mention him/her). Here are some tips to help you know what is "love" and what is "false love"

1.Do you really like the persons actions and ways?
2. Can you put him/her first?
3.Do you text or actually call?
4.Are you willing to break up and make up from moment to moment?
5. Can you have sex with the lights on?
6.Does little things annoy you about him/her?
7. You guys fight all the time?
8.Do want to date other people?
9. Are you truly happy with your self and choices?
10. Do you cherish him/her?
11. Do you want to live with them till the end?

The reality of knowing these answers are locked within yourself and its not so hard for you to know what you feel. If you remember having the first love, you can know how powerful it is and the difficulty of knowing what's "puppy love" and what is real love".
For every event and step comes with a result and its up to you to understand and learn from each one, do what makes you happy and just respect yourself and others around you. Don't focus yourself on negativity or things you don't have control of because its just a waist of time that you will regret.

Time is short so be open to opportunities to learn but don't make your lover/spouce a substitute of a false love.

Nap visits

For those who don't know me, I rarely take naps and when it comes to napping i always get on the defence of weather or not i should take a nap. This topic i wrote earlier this month explains why napping can be good for you and why everyone benefits from napping for a few hours. Its not the old saying "i can rest when i die" such a typical stereo type of judgment thinking that napping is only a thing of children and lazy people.

Today's world is evolving to understand more and more about things we use to think different from in the min 80 threw the 90 and are sure seeking more examinations to explain and separate the facts from myth.

Yesterday i came from work from a long day and i had plans to see a movie with a friend or someone, but that someone ended up canceling out and i never got to go. So like the guy that i am,i head out to get something to eat and after that i ate desert (TONS OF IT) got my lazy ass into the computer to listened to my favorite talk show "FEAST OF FUN" and decided to take a small nap. Well that nap ended up being a full time sleep event when i woke up to realized it was time to head back to work again. I do feel really good about the nap and i don't regret taking it because I'm so energized and so pumped up.

Anyways life can't be too great if you don't rest and sure your body will know the difference and will thank you for it.

Hepatitis ABC

Today i woke up really early and was full of energy since I've finally gotten some sleep and got my clients happy for doing what i do best. So Miguel came over and he studied for a bit and headed to the clinic to take his hepatitis shot and he also thew me the surprise for me to take an HIV test which i didn't mind because its been like 2.5 years since my last one.

Course i was fine but i need to get schedule a date for my hepatitis shots so i don't get them and im actually going to post some information about   the causes and such among gay men, course it can also apply to st8 people since it is a virus.Just like a computer, you have to keep checking yourself and keep yourself safe.

Men who have sex with men (MSM) are at increased risk of becoming infected with both the hepatitis B virus (HBV) and the hepatitis A virus (HAV). Although these viruses can be transmitted in different ways, both can be spread through sexual activity.

Hepatitis is a serious disease that can be fatal. Fortunately, both hepatitis B and hepatitis A can be prevented by safe and effective vaccines. Unfortunately, many men at risk remain unprotected.

What is hepatitis B?
Hepatitis B is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a virus (HBV) that attacks the liver. The virus is found in the blood and semen of infected men and is spread in the same manner as HIV. HBV is easier to catch than HIV because it is more than 100 times more concentrated in an

infected person's blood and can exist on surfaces outside the body.

What is hepatitis A?
Hepatitis A is a liver disease caused by a virus (HAV). The virus is found in the feces (shit) of an infected person. It is easily spread by household or sexual contact with an infected person.

How great is my risk of getting HBV or HAV infection?
About 5% of people in the U.S. will get infected with HBV sometime during their lives. MSM are 10 to 15 times more likely to acquire HBV infection than the general population.

In 2001 an estimated 93,000 persons in the U.S. were infected with HAV. Persons who engage in anal pleasuring activities such as rimming and fingering are at increased risk.

How are HBV and HAV spread?
An HBV-infected man can spread the virus to another person by

* having unprotected anal or vaginal sex
* sharing needles for drugs, piercing, or tattooing
* coming in contact with the infected person's open sores or blood
* sharing toothbrushes, razors, nail clippers, etc.
* biting another person

HBV can also be spread by living in a household with a chronically infected person.

HAV is usually transmitted from particles of fecal material too small to be seen, for example, by eating or drinking contaminated food or water or during sex.

What are the symptoms of hepatitis B and hepatitis A?
The symptoms of both diseases are similar: extreme tiredness, nausea, fever, dark urine, bloated and tender belly, and yellowish-tinged skin and eyes. Infected persons can have no symptoms at all or be extremely ill. However, people who are infected with either HBV or HAV can spread the disease to others, whether they have symptoms or not.

Do people fully recover from HBV and HAV infections?
Most adults recover from HBV infection after several months and are no longer contagious. Unfortunately, about 2%-6% of adults who become infected with HBV will carry the virus in their bodies for years and remain infectious. Chronically infected people usually do not have symptoms, but are at increased risk for eventual liver failure (cirrhosis) and liver cancer and need ongoing medical care. About 1.25 million people in the U.S. (and 350 million in the world) are chronically infected.

Although HAV does not result in chronic infection, infected people can become very sick and sometimes die.

How serious are HBV and HAV infections?
HBV infection can cause serious liver disease, including liver failure and liver cancer. More than 5,000 people in the U.S. die every year from hepatitis B-related liver disease.

There are approximately 100 deaths each year in the U.S. from hepatitis A. About 15% of people with hepatitis A require hospitalization. Adults who become ill are often out of work for several weeks.

Becoming infected with HBV or HAV can have a major impact on a person's life. A person might be too sick to work or go to the gym for months, and should not drink alcohol. HAV and HBV infection can have serious consequences for people with HIV, as their immune systems might be compromised.
How can I protect myself from HBV infection?

* Get the hepatitis B shots
* Practice safer sex
* Tell your friends at risk to get vaccinated against hepatitis B

How can I protect myself from HAV infection?

* Get the hepatitis A vaccine
* Tell your friends at risk to get vaccinated against hepatitis A

How do I know if I have or have had HBV or HAV infection?
The only way to know for sure is to have your blood tested.

Should I have my blood tested before getting vaccinated?
Discuss this with your doctor to decide if it is appropriate to perform blood tests first. If you have already been infected with HAV or HBV, getting the vaccines will not help or hurt you.

How many shots do I need to be protected against HBV and HAV infections?
The hepatitis B vaccine series consists of three doses spaced out over approximately 6 months.

The hepatitis A series consists of two doses given 6-18 months apart. If you started either series but didn't get all the doses, you should continue where you left off.

A combined hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccine has been developed for adults who need protection against both HAV and HBV infections. This vaccine consists of three doses given over a 6-month period.

Are these shots safe? Do they have any side effects?
Both hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccines have been proven to be safe. Globally, more than one billion hepatitis B vaccine doses have been given. Since 1995, more than seven million doses of hepatitis A vaccine have been given in the U.S. with no reports of serious health problems linked to the vaccine. Side effects might include soreness at the injection site, headache, and fatigue.

Are these shots effective?
Yes. After three doses of hepatitis B vaccine, at least 90% of healthy young adults develop immunity to HBV infection. Immune compromised people might not respond as well to hepatitis B vaccine. They should be tested 1-2 months after the third dose of vaccine to see if they responded.

Almost 100% of people are protected from HAV infection after getting two doses of hepatitis A vaccine.

Will hepatitis A or hepatitis B vaccine protect me from hepatitis C?
No. Hepatitis A, B, and C are all different viruses. The hepatitis C virus is spread through body fluids, and although it can be transmitted through sexual contact, it is most commonly acquired through injection drug use. Unfortunately, there is no hepatitis C vaccine at this time.

Are these shots recommended for travelers?
Both HAV and HBV infection are common in many parts of the world. People traveling to any area of the world except the United States, Canada, Western Europe, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia should get vaccinated against HAV. Hepatitis B vaccine is recommended for many travelers also. Discuss this with your doctor.

Where can I receive these shots?
Talk to your health care professional or your local public health department.

CALI-GAYS ARE IN TROUBLE

Things are looking dire in California. While the polls showed that most voters are against Proposition 8, which would overturn this year's gay marriage win, the tide seems to be turning for the worse.

Gay activists yesterday held an emergency conference call to inform gay media types that they're being woefully outspent and,

despite their best efforts, Prop 8 could be poised for passage.

Via The Advocate:

“We’re being very badly outspent,” said pollster Celinda Lake, who joined campaign consultant Steve Smith and Equality California’s Geoff Kors on the call. Lake attributed Prop 8’s new hot streak to a biting TV ad that premiered last week — and to the massive media buy for that ad made possible in part by the deep pockets of the Mormon Church. “Polling tells us that their ad is really breaking through… it’s not just a base ad. It’s convincing to voters across the broad spectrum,” she said.

Celinda Lake, the No on 8 pollster, observed on Tuesday that 20% of California voters are still undecided on Prop 8. “That’s more than enough to provide a resounding victory for either side,” she said.

Gays and their allies had better unleash their A game.

And that "A game" will take a whole lot of dough. If you want to secure Californian queers' right to marry - and maintain America's liberal democratic dream - you should send some money over to Equality California or No On 8, both of which need all the help they can get.

WHY SHOULD YOU VOTE NO ON PROP 8?
- You believe the government should not make moral decisions for its citizens.
- You understand that taking away anyone's rights puts your own rights at risk.
- You are proud that California sets the course for this nation - what happens here will follow in other states.
- Let's get practical: same sex marriages will bring millions of dollars to Californias economy.
- You know it's the right thing to do.

On November 4th, Californians will be asked to make a monumental civil rights decision around the issue of same-sex marriage. If Prop 8 passes, it would be the first time that existing legal civil rights have been TAKEN AWAY since prohibition. And we all know how successful prohibition was. What right might they take away next, with a lot of money and deceitful TV ads?

A NO vote on PROP 8 says to California and the nation that you believe in equality for all, and you will not allow the state Constitution to eliminate a fundamental human right.

It 's easy for you to be a part of the campaign. Here's how you do it:
1) Make a list of the Californians you know
2) Choose the PSA that speaks to your audience
3) Cut and Paste the link into an email and send away

It takes about as much time as it did to order your double latte this morning, and it doesn't cost you $4.50. In fact, in that amount of time, you made a choice to preserve your rights and those around you. Well done, now go get yourself another latte. Or even better, donate to the campaign: http://www.noonprop8.com/contr ibute

ABOUT THE PSAs
Are you voting NO on PROP 8, but you're not sure if your friends, family and co-workers are doing the same? You want to inform them, but you just don't have the time or information to do so. Well, we've made it very easy for you. Choose one video that fits your audience ... or send them all.
Possible Scenarios:

1. My mother who just can't seem to understand that a NO vote on PROP 8 means you are actually for gay marriage.
SEND: MARGARET CHO

2. I'm not sure how my buddy at work feels about same sex marriage, but I know he would not want to amend the state Constitution if that means his own rights might be at risk one day.
SEND: CONSTITUTION

3. My married sister has tons of gay friends, but is still undecided about same-sex marriage. Oh, and she LOVES Sixteen Candles.
SEND: FAMILY (Molly Ringwald)

4. I have 5 minutes, and I need one PSA that sums it all up, so I can blast it out to my rolodex.
SEND: NO V. YES

ABOUT TIME

I remember when i was always complaining that i never gain weight and the last time i weight myself in a weight scale was about a couple of months ago. I recently starting to work out and do some healthy exercise to keep myself in shape and see what would happend with my weight watcher and am starting to plan things out.

This is going to be my schedule for my work out days

The pressure cant wear me out because both of my jobs don't stress me out and i think i manage to do everything right if i follow the manual. I know that every body's BODY is different and will react different and the most IMPORTANT tool is what i eat. So im going to TRY lol to eat healthy and not eat tons of junk food.

My weight use to be 120 and i RIGHT NOW IM 155 which is great and i think its the perfect weight to start training since i like rough and love it when it burns and sweat. I do need to think about what other things i can do to help me keep my mind and soul motivated so i got this little ipod speakers from ARACELY which rocks cause i can play my music and work out at the same time. I was going to use it for work but....WORK OUT EVENTS ARE BETTER TO USE UR IPOD ON. :D

This is what i want to work on first just to let you know what my main priorities are
  • More Arm muscles
  • stomach
  • legs
  • ass (this one should go on top) lol
  • Everything else is simple and will fall into place once i get these to build up.
I guess its like the song i posted yesterday "BACK BONE,TEMPLE BONE,NECK BONE LET IT GO ON" and thats what im planning to do. This will not only prepare me for the next RACE but for other events as well. Plus im 23, i think i can manage to get a little love handles on me when im eating my roman noodles with mayo. :D

Even if i don't use them :D heheh

Talk to you guys later :D

You guys want to know what chart im using or you are clueless on what to start on?
here is the chart you can print to use yourself or if you got something better, send me the link. :D
